One desk for the whole transaction.
LEXIFY.AI brings the tools a corporate legal team actually uses into a single platform: contracts, deal flow, diligence, cap tables and ESOPs, compliance and regulatory intelligence. Rule-based at the core since 2018, AI where it earns its place — built to work across jurisdictions and borders.
The tools, by what you are doing.
Operations1 tool
Relationship Desk, Signal Desk, ContractOS deadlines and Diligence Desk, in one shell with a single sidebar and search — not five separate logins. A bucketed "Today" view surfaces what actually needs attention, and when it spots something worth connecting between tools, it drops a draft suggestion — never created automatically, always a click to accept.
Contracts2 tools
Drop a contract in and get a living record out: parties, dates, renewal traps, risk flags and obligations extracted automatically, with reminders before every deadline.
Built for SaaS sales teams: reps raise contract requests on their leads, legal works a single review queue, and everyone gets their own dashboard — the rep sees only their book, the sales head sees the whole team, the founder sees the numbers.
Upload a counterparty draft and get a clause-by-clause read against your standard positions, with suggested redlines and fallback language.
Transactions4 tools
Every live transaction on one board: stage, counterparties, open points, signing and closing conditions, with a data room index that stays current.
A requisition list the target uploads straight into, live progress for the client, and queries answered in one place. AI reads what comes in, flags red flags and drafts the findings — the law firm manages the whole matter from a single dashboard.
Fully diluted cap tables, round modelling, anti-dilution and liquidation preference waterfalls. Reads the rights matrix from your shareholders' agreement and flags conflicts in a new round.
Plan setup, grant letters, vesting schedules, exercise windows and pool tracking, with Companies Act and FEMA checks built into the workflow.
Governance and compliance3 tools
Board and shareholder calendars, statutory filings, reserved matters and consent tracking for every entity in the group.
Map processing activities, assess gaps against the Digital Personal Data Protection Act and rules, and generate notices, consent flows and processor agreements.
Tracked updates from RBI, SEBI, MCA, MeitY and CERT-In, summarised and mapped to the obligations of your entities.
Business development2 tools
Set your practice areas once, and it watches official public sources for regulatory approvals that match — a new NBFC licence, a payment aggregator authorisation — so you hear about it early, with the source link to verify.
Every lead, client and referral source in one place, with a log of every call, email and note, and tasks that don't get forgotten. Built for how lawyers actually get work — relationships, not a sales funnel.
Research and advisory1 tool
Search and analyse case law with structured summaries, ratio extraction and citation trails.
Built by practising lawyers, not around them.
Every module started as an internal tool on live matters and was rebuilt for clients only after it had earned its place in our own daily practice.
Rule-based since 2018
We began building deterministic, rule-based legal tools in 2018 — long before the current wave of legal AI. Cap table maths, vesting schedules, filing deadlines and rights conflicts are computed by rules, not predicted by a model.
AI, integrated deliberately
As the technology matured, we integrated AI onto that rule-based foundation rather than replacing it. Models read, summarise and draft; the rules decide. Every output is traceable to a source, and anything that needs judgement is flagged for a human.
Sixteen years of knowledge
Our tools carry deep insight from over 16 years of legal data and real human practice experience. The knowledge layer behind them is trained and refined on this corpus — transaction documents, diligence findings, regulatory positions — collected over 16 years, and still growing with every matter.
Deterministic where it matters
Numbers, deadlines and conflicts come from rules you can audit. AI is used for reading, summarising and drafting — never for the arithmetic your board relies on.
Fluent across jurisdictions
Company law, exchange control, securities regulation, data protection and employment frameworks are built into the workflows, with comparative treatment across Delaware, Singapore, the UK and the EU where a transaction crosses borders.
Advisory on call
The platform is built and run alongside a working transaction practice. When a tool surfaces a question that needs judgement, a lawyer is one click away.
About LEXIFY.
The name behind the platform, and the answers we are asked most often.
What is LEXIFY?
LEXIFY is a legal technology brand built by practising transaction lawyers. LEXIFY.AI, at www.lexify.ai, is its platform: contract lifecycle management, due diligence, cap tables and ESOPs, governance, compliance and regulatory intelligence — on one desk.
Is LEXIFY the same as LEXIFY.AI?
Yes. LEXIFY is the brand; LEXIFY.AI is the platform it powers. LEXIFY is a registered trademark — the word mark since 2018 and the device mark since 2020. Our only official websites are www.lexify.ai and tools.lexify.ai — we are not affiliated with any other website, company or product using the name "Lexify" or "Lexify AI".
How long has LEXIFY existed?
The LEXIFY word mark has been registered since 2018 and the device mark since 2020. We began building rule-based legal tools under the brand in 2018 and later integrated AI onto that foundation — a knowledge layer trained on more than 16 years of legal data and real practice experience.
