Run diligence without chasing email attachments.
One data room for all three sides of a deal. The admin (the law firm) runs the matter, the target uploads against a private requisition list, and the client follows live progress in their own portal — with built-in AI that does the first pass of the review.
Illustration with sample data.
Everyone sees their part of the deal.
The same matter looks different to each person, so each gets exactly what they need and nothing they shouldn't.
The law firm
Creates the matter and requisition list, reviews every submission from an inbox, accepts or asks for changes, shares the client with teammates, and gets AI findings and a report.
The company being reviewed
Opens a private link with a PIN, uploads against each item, adds a remark when something is missing, and sees what has been accepted or needs changing. No account needed.
The investor or acquirer
Signs in once to a portal that lists every firm working for them, then follows live progress, reads the submitted documents and answers the firm's questions.
Click through the same deal from each side.
A tiny sample matter. Upload as the target, accept as the admin, then check the client's view. Sample data only; nothing is saved or sent.
Diligence is a tracking problem before it is a legal one.
The analysis is the easy part. The hard part is knowing, on day nine, what has come in, what is missing and what the client should be told.
Without it
- Documents scattered across email threads and shared drives
- A spreadsheet checklist nobody trusts
- Status calls just to find out what is pending
- No record of who sent what, and when
With Diligence Desk
- One requisition list; the target uploads against each item
- Every submission timestamped and waiting in your inbox
- Clients see live progress in their own portal
- Findings and a report from the same place
Three steps from request list to accepted.
Admin sets up the matter
Create a matter for a client, start from a preset requisition list for the deal type, and add or edit items. Share the target link and PIN, and invite the client to their portal.
Target uploads
The target opens the private link, enters the PIN and uploads against each item, with a remark if there is something to explain. If a document doesn't exist, the remark itself is the response.
Admin reviews, client follows
Submissions land in the admin's inbox with a timestamp. Read them in the page, accept, request changes or mark not applicable, and the client's progress moves with it.
Everything a matter needs, nothing it doesn't.
Live progress
A clear "accepted" figure for every matter, with what is awaiting review and what has not started, on the admin dashboard and the client's.
Inbox notifications
New submissions, remarks and client answers appear on an inbox icon, so the admin sees what needs attention without opening every matter.
In-page document viewer
Admins and clients open PDFs, images, Word and Excel files in a popup without downloading them first.
Client portal
One login for the client across every law firm they work with. They choose which firm's dashboard to open and see documents, progress and questions.
Share with your team
Share a client with named teammates as viewers or editors. They are emailed, notified in their inbox, and see only that client's matters.
AI-assisted review
Built-in AI reads uploaded documents, flags red flags and drafts a findings report. See the AI features.
AI does the first pass. You make the call.
Every document that comes in is read for you, so you start from findings instead of a pile of files. Rule-based checks built by transaction lawyers sit underneath, with AI on top where it helps.
Reads and sorts documents
Uploaded files are identified by type and checked against the requisition item they were sent for.
Flags red flags
Each document is reviewed for issues, with a risk level and the reason, so the important points surface first.
Cross-checks across documents
Details such as names, dates and figures are compared between documents, so inconsistencies are caught early.
Suggests company details
Key facts about the target are picked up from the documents as suggestions you can apply or ignore.
Drafts the findings report
A summary of findings and a report you can download, ready for you to edit.
You stay in control
Accept, dismiss or edit every finding. AI never accepts an item or contacts anyone on its own.
Handled like the privileged material it is.
Every document is encrypted before it is stored, using envelope encryption: each file gets its own key, and that key is itself locked by a separate key kept away from the stored files.
- Encrypted at restAES-256 encryption, with a separate key for every file and every matter.
- Encrypted in transitAll traffic uses HTTPS.
- Access you controlPrivate links and PINs for targets, and clients and teammates see only what you share, revocable at any time.

Thank you.
We have your request and will be in touch shortly. You can also write to support@lexify.ai.
Good to know.
What does the target see?
The requisition list for their matter only, with each item's status (pending, submitted, accepted or changes requested) and any note from the law firm. They upload files or send a remark against each item.
Does the target need an account?
No. The target opens a private link, enters a PIN and uploads. There is nothing to install and no sign-up.
What can the client see?
The client's portal shows their matters, progress, the documents submitted and any questions you have asked them. They do not see the target's internal remarks or your internal documents.
Can my colleagues work on the same client?
Yes. Share a client with named teammates as viewers or editors. They are notified by email and in their inbox, and see only what you shared.
What kinds of files can I open in the viewer?
PDFs, images, plain text, Word documents and Excel or CSV files open in the page. Anything else can be downloaded.
Does the AI make the decisions?
No. AI produces a first pass of findings for you to accept, dismiss or edit. Acceptance of an item is always your call.
Is the try-it demo real data?
No. It uses made-up data for a fictional matter and runs entirely in your browser. Nothing is saved or sent.
