This page is the official statement of ownership of the LEXIFY brand. It exists so that clients, counterparties and the public can verify what LEXIFY is, who owns it, and which websites genuinely belong to it.
Ownership
The LEXIFY word mark and device mark are registered trademarks, registered since 2018 and 2020 respectively, in the name of their registered proprietor, whose particulars appear on the public register of trade marks. The brand name and identity LEXIFY.AI — under which the LEXIFY legal technology platform operates — forms part of the same brand estate. All rights in and to the LEXIFY brand, word mark and device mark are expressly reserved.
What LEXIFY is
LEXIFY.AI is a legal technology platform built by practising transaction lawyers: contract lifecycle management, deal flow and due diligence, cap table and ESOP management, governance, compliance and regulatory intelligence. Development of the rule-based tools behind the platform began in 2018, with AI integrated as the technology matured — a knowledge layer trained on more than 16 years of legal data and real practice experience.

LEXIFY is not affiliated with, and has not licensed its name to, any other website, company, application or social media account using the name "Lexify", "Lexify AI" or any similar mark. If you have encountered such use, we would be grateful for a report at support@lexify.ai.
Domain assets
In addition to the websites above, the domains lexify.law, lexify.in and lexify.co.in are owned by the proprietor of the LEXIFY brand and are held and reserved for the LEXIFY platform.
Use of the marks
No person or entity may use, reproduce, imitate or adopt the LEXIFY word mark or device mark, or any mark deceptively similar to them — including in domain names, company or product names, logos or social media handles — without the prior written consent of the registered proprietor. Unauthorised use constitutes infringement and will be dealt with strictly, and appropriate action under the applicable laws will be taken against violators.
